The residence "Jardin" is furnished comfortable and tastefully. It has a breakfast kitchen, a voluminous library with a wide divan, a bedroom with a full-size bed, an home office with desk and bookshelv and a bathroom with shower.

There are two terraces, one with sun in the forenoon and one with sun in the afternoon. A canvas blind protects from too much sun. The collective washing mashine and the dryer for the winter month is in a detached house. The residence is appointed with television (SAT) and internet. Since the winter month can be fresh and rainy there is a central heating and additional blankets.
